‘Kokomom’ is an 3D animation originally based on Japanese Bestseller in Children’s book.
The animation is co-produced by G&G Entertainment in Korea and Genko production in Japan. The
word “koko” which originated from a Korean word “ggo-ggo” — a Korean version of cock-co-doodle-
doo — is also a name little kids call on a chicken. The heroine “Kokomom” leads a merry life with her
ten chicks, raised in a loving home. The animation depicts Kokomom’s daily life, always of full of
surprises, small and big events, whether good or bad. Any parents would agree raising kids are all
about formidable job, yet blessingly full of joy. Beauty of a family, friendship, and sprit of mutual aid
are all part of what makes the animation so entertaining to both children and parents.
